Partners

Access Dorset is a partnership of like-minded organisations that together deliver the services that supports people to continue living independently. Between us we provide the following services to disabled people, carers, older people and other people who need support:

•    Information and advice
•    Advocacy and peer support
•    Support in using individual budgets to meet needs
•    Support to recruit and employ personal assistants
•    Disability equality training
•    Consumer audits of local services

Access Dorset is an umbrella organisation which will provide an easy link to the services provided by all the partner organisations within it. The partners will retain their independent identities but benefit collectively from the opportunities to work closely together.
